Kayuco Tires & Towing is family-owned by Gilberto Ledesma. Founded in 2009 on Chandler Street, we relocated to 715 Millbury Street after a zoning ruling, and we have been here since. Bilingual EN/ES. ASE-certified mechanics. Tires, towing, and repair under one roof.

No translation, no afterthought
English and Spanish are first drafts in parallel here. We use "gomas" most of the time because that is how the Worcester community speaks. You walk in, we greet you in whichever language you are speaking. The room speaks both.

Is Kayuco ASE certified?
Yes. We have ASE-certified technicians on staff. ASE certification means independent verification that our mechanics know how to fix your car correctly.
Do you speak Spanish at the shop?
Yes. Our staff is bilingual in English and Spanish. You can call, message us, or walk in speaking either language. We use 'gomas' most of the time because that is how the Worcester community speaks.
