These are the terms for visiting this website and for the services we provide at our Millbury Street shop. Plain language. No surprises.

Who we are

Kayuco Tires & Towing, Inc., 715 Millbury St, Worcester MA 01607. Owner: Gilberto Ledesma. Phone: (978) 701-2069. Hours: Mon-Fri 9 to 6, Sat 8 to 3, Sun closed.

What we do

• Tires. New and used tires, twenty-three brands, mounting, balancing, valve stems, disposal. Posted price for installation: $67 per tire.
• Auto repair. Brakes, alignment, oil changes, suspension, exhaust, diagnostics, TPMS, engine work, general mechanical. ASE-certified technicians.
• Towing. During shop hours only (Mon-Fri 9-6, Sat 8-3). Local Worcester area only. Light-duty passenger vehicles only. We do not provide 24-hour, after-hours, or heavy-duty towing.
• Financing. Acima and Snap Finance are offered as third-party lenders. Approval is decided by the lender, not by us.

Service estimates

We give an estimate before we start work. If we find something extra during the work, we stop and call you before doing it. You decide.

Payment

We accept cash, credit card, and approvals from Acima or Snap Finance. Full payment is due at pickup unless you have a financing plan that says otherwise.

Warranty

Tires carry the manufacturer's warranty (Pirelli, Yokohama, etc.). We do not extend the manufacturer's warranty ourselves. Workmanship on installations is warranted for 30 days from service date; if our work caused a problem, we make it right.

Repair work warranties depend on the part. We give you the warranty terms in writing when you pick up the car.

Towing terms (read this if you call for a tow)

• We tow only during shop hours. After-hours calls go to voicemail; we get to you in the morning.
• We tow only within the local Worcester area. We will tell you on the phone if your location is too far.
• We tow only light-duty passenger vehicles. We do not tow box trucks, RVs, motorcycles, or commercial trucks.
• We tow your car to our Millbury Street shop or to a destination you choose within the local area. Long-distance drops require advance arrangement.
• Tow pricing is given on the call before we deploy. Card, Acima, or Snap Finance accepted at the shop on arrival.

Used tires

Used tires are sold "as inspected." We tell you what we see. They are a real option, not an apology. We do not sell tires we would not put on a family car.

Vehicle storage

If you leave your car overnight after service is complete, please call us to confirm. Cars left more than 14 days after a completed service may be subject to storage fees per Massachusetts garage-keeper rules.

Website use

This website is provided for information about our services. The content reflects our shop as of the last updated date. Pricing on the site is a guide; actual pricing is given to you at the counter or by phone before service begins.

Do not use this site to harass our staff, send spam, or attempt to disrupt service. We may decline to do business with anyone for any lawful reason.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service or product you purchased from us. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages beyond the cost of repair or replacement of the work we performed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes are resolved in Worcester County courts.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the "Last updated" date. Material changes get a footer notice for at least 30 days.
